This individual training course is ideal for people that wants to improve or perfect their English communication skills.
The course contents and materials are tailored towards meeting the specific needs and language proficiency level of the participant. We recognise that everyone is different, so the training content is entirely flexible to suit each individual and designed to ensure the learning is as effective as possible to meet your business needs.
After an initial assessment, the participant’s level is determined and one of our specialist trainers is chosen to teach the one-on-one online sessions. The trainer will help improve the participant’s ability to communicate in speech and writing, in industrial as well as business and social contexts.
The course aim to increase the participant’s confidence and competence in using target language, both in their workplace and abroad.

Email writing is one of the universally important skills in today’s workplace. A powerful tool set, which once learned can be applied immediately! "Six Thinking Hats" is a way of investigating an issue from a variety of perspectives, but in a clear, conflict-free way.
The “Six Thinking Hats” technique is a disciplined process that not only will improve the quality of decisions, but also maximize productive collaboration and minimize counterproductive interaction/behaviour. It is a way to consider issues, problems, decisions, and opportunities systematically, make meetings shorter and more productive and make members view problems from new and unusual angles. It reduces conflict among team members/meeting participants, stimulate innovation by generating more and better ideas quickly, and creates dynamic result-oriented meetings that make people want to participate.
These sessions are designed to teach participants the fundamentals and method of the “Six Thinking Hats” technique. Learn how to separate thinking into six clear functions and roles – symbolised by coloured thinking hats -, and by mentally wearing and switching “hats” be able to easily focus or redirect thoughts, the conversation, or the meeting to come up with better ideas, solutions etc.
